Delete your account

You can permanently delete your WhereU account and all associated data at any time. This page satisfies Google Play and App Store requirements for self-serve deletion.

What gets deleted

Your profile, username, avatar photo, and bio
All uploaded photos, event banners, and media attachments stored in cloud storage
Your live location, location history, and visited places
Your friendships, chats, ping history, and squads
Your saved events, tickets, and dinner RSVPs
Your push tokens and notification preferences
Your authentication account and security credentials

Deletion is scheduled immediately and finalized within 30 days(regulatory grace period for financial records such as ticket receipts, kept in anonymized form only where legally required).

You need to be signed in to delete your account. If you can no longer access your account, contact us and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
